If swimmers check in late they may not be able to swim in the meet. If you have issues getting to check-in on time, please call or text Tracie Buckley at (703) 665-9901.
  • Parking is available in the pool area or along Village Drive if the lot is full. Please do not block street entrances, driveways or fire hydrants when parking.
  • If you can carpool or walk to the meet, please do so. This meet will have two very large teams and we are looking to minimize parking challenges if possible.
  • Swimmers are to sit with their age groups. Our swimmers will sit on the pool deck closest to Claiborne Parkway. Parents can sit in the open area by the club house or around the diving well.
  • Willowsford families and swimmers will be seated by the basketball courts and will be coming on and off the pool deck as their swimmers rotate in for events. While watching your swimmer, please be courteous to allow spectators of the current heat to be able to see.
  • Swimmers can bring small pop-up tents (as space allows, please share)
  • Swimmers should bring goggles, a few towels and a swim cap to the meet. Wear your Piranhas suit if possible.
  • Swimsuits must comply with USA Swimming regulations (see section 102.8). Tech suits are not permitted for any age group.
